The Mac app

Quota information is read by the app and remains on your Mac. QuotaRail does not operate a quota or credential backend, does not read prompts or transcripts, and does not send quota analytics or behavioral telemetry.

The pre-launch waitlist

If you volunteer your email, we store the normalized address, signup time, source, consent version and active status in MongoDB Atlas. We use it to send one launch notification. We do not store your IP address, browser fingerprint, user agent, quota information or Turnstile result.

Anonymous website analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, visits, referrers, country-level traffic, browser and device categories, and Core Web Vitals. It uses no cookies or cross-site identifiers, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not store IP addresses. We do not send email addresses, Turnstile tokens or quota information to analytics.

Bot protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. A short-lived, single-use verification token is checked by our server and is not retained in the waitlist database.

Deletion and contact

To remove your waitlist address or ask a privacy question, email privacy@quotarail.app from the subscribed address. The privacy inbox must be functioning before production launch.
